On Tuesday, 30 June 2026, at 18:00, the Naval Museum of Crete had the honour of welcoming and providing a guided tour for the Commander of the AKSAZ Naval Base, Rear Admiral (LH) Hamdi Abanoz, accompanied by two Turkish Staff Officers, who were escorted by the Commander of the Naval Station of Crete and a Staff Officer. Following the conclusion of the tour, the customary exchange of commemorative gifts took place as part of the official protocol.
